I just wanted to let you know what a HUGE
success the Tugboat Cake was…Not only did
everyone love the tugboat they all really
loved the cake…it was sooooo delicious. Our
son, Christopher, was so surprised and happy
with it as well. The party was a great
success; we’re enjoying the leftover cake
today.
Thank you so much for your hard work and
creativity. Justin, the café owner, made an
announcement to the entire party where the
cake had come from because so many people
had asked who made it. I hope that might
bring an order or two your way in the
future.

We're still reeling from last night's
wonderful celebration. I had to tell you
that your beautiful anthuriums were a sight
to behold and everyone was impressed with
their beauty and edibility!! UNTIL, they
took a bite of that cake: and the oohs and
aahs were audible from West Linn, I'm sure.
It was the best, finest cake ever. These are
mostly food people, about half from the wine
industry, familiar with fine food; but your
cake was the hit of the evening. Everyone
asked how I found you. I hope they pass the
word and it results in success for you. You
were a success with us, proving a belief
that beautiful in appearance should reflect

We had a WONDERFUL baby shower, and
thanks to you, the cake was a real
show-stopper! Everyone was very impressed.
The cake was delicious and everyone was
eager to try both flavors. The cutting
directions were very helpful! We had plenty
of cake leftover to send home with guests as
well. I put our leftover cake in the
refrigerator last night after the party, and
had a piece of the lemon/blueberry after it
had been chilled...it was soooo refreshing!
We will certainly be contacting you with our
next cake order! I am looking forward to
trying more of your delicious cake flavors.

I can't tell you how incredible the
response was to your beautiful garden cake!
I hid it in the garage so my Mom wouldn't
get a glimpse. When I brought it out for
dessert she just blurted out "Oh my gosh"!
along with everyone else in the room. She
gazed at all the beautiful vegetables and
her favorite saying and just couldn't thank
me enough for giving her such an amazing
gift. All my relatives just ooohed and
ahhhed and were stunned by the miniature
garden. We posted it on Facebook! It was the
hit of the evening! And it was the most
delicious cake we'd ever eaten! I don't know
how to thank you enough for creating the
vision I had for this wonderful birthday
cake. It meant so much to my Mom. We
devoured 1/2 of it last night, they had some
for breakfast this morning and everyone took
some home with them. There was even a little
left for the freezer to enjoy another day.
I'm so happy I found you!
My folks will actually have been married for
64 years this coming July. I'm not sure I
want to wait for 65 to celebrate with
another of your creations...so I may be
calling you in June!

It was wonderful! Tom and his platoon

the VW microbus in the middle of the cake.
It matches my camper almost perfectly. I

I just wanted to say thank you for such a
lovely cake for my friends bridal shower
Tuesday. You did such a beautiful job on
this cake, and I felt proud to open the box
top and present it to her. She loved it so
much, taste and looks; and when all was done
and said...she wiped the foil background
clean, except for the vines, leaves and
grapes, and was determined to use it for
another purpose at the wedding this weekend.
It will be interesting to see what she comes
up with.
Along with my already expressed
appreciation, I want to thank you again for
your patience with the few complications
that arose during the preparation times
around this cake order. (the possibility of
canceling it altogether, and then the change
of date). You were so kind to me during
these minor frustrations, and I appreciated
this so.
If anybody ever asks me if I know somebody
that could make a beautiful and delicious
cake in the future, I will send them your

I can't thank you enough for your time,
effort, and love that went into our wedding
cake. It was absolutely everything I had
imagined, desired, and dreamed of. I had so
many complements on our cake, it was the
center of attention. The cake was not only
beautiful, but tasted just as good as it
looked. One of my guests, when I asked him
how he liked the cake told me he had 4
pieces! The special birthday cake you made
for my new sister-in-law was perfect! The
dimly lit barn our reception was in couldn't
downplay how brightly colored, uniquely
shaped, and smile inducing that surprise
cake was for her and everyone else who was
joining in on the happy birthday song. It
was the perfect way to show her we wanted to
share our day with her too, thank you so
much!
I guess I got the best of both of your
gifts: my wedding cake turned out exactly as
I had it in my mind, from the colors, to the
distribution of the flowers, to the very
lifelike tie of the bows; and then the
birthday cake, which I gave only a vague
description of and saying she liked bright
colors was done with such creativity and was
so unique, you could see how your artistic
gifts brought out the thoughtfulness and
personality we wanted this special cake to
have.
One other thing that I want to mention is
how easy it was to contact you, how flexible
you were to meet in person at any location,
and how you were always one step ahead of me
in informing me of anything that needed to
be done or information you needed. I now
know how crazy it is to organize your own
wedding, and I greatly appreciate how
proactive you were in making sure deadlines
were met and you had all the information you
needed. It is easy to forget little things
when juggling so much, but every time I
looked at my huge list of things to do I
could breath a sigh of relief knowing my
cake was completely taken care of.
Most importantly was how nice it was to work
with someone who loves what they do, plus
your helpful feedback and knowledge of
cakes, and amazing experience put every fear
I had aside. It is so refreshing to meet
with the person who is actually making every
part of your cake, and they are just as
excited to start making it as I was to see
it! You truly love what you do, which is a
rare jewel, and I would like to thank you
for how delicious, wonderful, and memorable
your cake was at my wedding! -

On more than one occasion I have had the
opportunity to taste the delights of Seri's
creations. Normally I do not care for
wedding cake or bakery cake which is often
pre-frozen made sometimes weeks in advance.
But Seri's fresh baked cakes simply are the
best! They are so soft and yummy when they
are fresh! Never will I go to a bakery

Seri made our wedding cake. First, she
collaborated with me to find out what I was
envisioning and the flavors that I wanted.
Then, on our wedding day, we showed up at
the reception site to find a beautiful cake,
all set up, complete with edible pearls and
the sugared pansies that I’d wanted AND it
was fresh and delicious! Seri makes
